I went back to Cinque Terre for Friday and Saturday. This time I stayed in Riomaggiore. On both nights I visited Monterosso, and missed the train back both times! Damn!! But it wasn’t my fault on both occasssions…

I drove to Pisa on Wednesday and stayed Thursday also. When the tower first came into sight I just started laughing and almost had to stop the car – it’s just so ridiculous! Here are a couple photos and a simple video.

The road to Cinque Terre is beautiful, as is the tower in Vernazza, one of the towns in Cinque Terre. I ran the mainly vertical trail from Vernazza to Corniglia for a little exercise.
